Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date you receive your order, even if the item is not faulty.
You don’t need to provide a reason for your return, but we always value your feedback.


Accepted Returns

We accept returns if:

  • Non-defective items: returned within 14 days, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Defective or damaged items: reported within 14 days of receipt.

  • Incorrect or missing products: reported within 14 days of receipt.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

Exchange Policy
