1. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our UK distribution centre, located in London.
Our products are available for delivery across the UK and select European countries.
2. How long does delivery take?

3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
5. Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery β even if the product isnβt faulty.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
Return costs are at your charge unless the product is defective.

6. When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
Please email us at info@ninsezip.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Attach a clear photo of the item and explain the issue. Weβll resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
